Douglas Public Health Network cordially invites you to a community-wide meeting on Thursday, February 11, 2016 from 2PM to 4:30PM in Conference Room 101 at the north side of the first floor of the public health building at 621 West Madrone, Roseburg, Oregon.
The agenda will cover a myriad of topics ranging from Public Health Modernization, changes to public health Douglas County, our County Health Rankings (CHR), and our County and State Health Improvement Plan.
This meeting is meant to generate feedback regarding items that need to be added or subjected to our current plans and operating strategies.
Immediately following the meeting the Umpqua Community Health Center (UCHC) is hosting an open house from 5PM to 7PM to celebrate the opening of their reproductive health space.
