The League of Women Voters, Umpqua Valley chapter, will hold its first meeting of the 2014-2015 year, Tuesday, September 23, at the First Presbyterian Church, 823 SE Lane, Roseburg.
State LWV President, Robin Wisdom, will give an update on what the League is doing nationally and at the state level. Local members and newcomers will have a chance to discuss the League’s plans for the coming year. A light dinner will be served at 5:30 PM. The meeting will start at 6:00 PM. Ice cream will be served for dessert. The League of Women Voters welcomes all people regardless of gender.
Join in with other community members. This is a great time to become a new League member!
